We offer FREE standard Australian shipping on orders over $150.
Shipping rates: $12.95 standard shipping / $17 express shipping. We also offer a priority dispatch which means your order is bumped to the top.
New Zealand rates: $17 standard international
Worldwide (exclusions apply) $35 AUD
Care Instructions
We recommend taking a little extra care to ensure your cup keeps pretty for longer.
✔ Rinse and allow to dry after every use
✔ Handwash ONLY to preserve your prints
✔ Use regular dishwashing liquid when washing - avoid harsh chemicals as it can damage the prints
✔ Scrub with a soft sponge or brush
✔ Use the straw brush to clean the straw and the inner parts of the lid
✔ Ensure that the cup and all parts are dry before storage
✔ Do NOT sterilise your item in a sterilizer or sit in boiling water.

Pre Order Information
What is a Preorder?
Preordering means you've officially secured your preferred Smoo Cup from our upcoming stock arrival before it becomes available to everyone else.
Your payment is processed at checkout, and your order is secured and queued for dispatch. Once our stock arrives, we'll pack and send your order as quickly as possible.
When will my preorder be dispatched?
Orders placed during the current preorder period are estimated to dispatch from the 24th of July 2026. We will keep you updated every step of the way, and you'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way to you.
When am I charged for a preorder?
You're charged at the time of placing your order, not at dispatch.
Can I cancel or change my preorder?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@smoo.com.au and we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched. For cancellation or refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. In the meantime, we will keep you posted with any updates.
