We are located in the beautiful Sunshine State, Queensland, Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days, however, during peak seasons, and promotional periods, dispatch delays may occur. We will do our best to communicate when to expect delays via our website during busy periods.

Shipping within Australia:

We ship Australia Wide via Australia Post.
​
We offer a flat shipping cost of $12 for all Australian orders up to $149. We use Australia Post tracked package service. Standard shipping of 3-14 business days applies to all orders from time of dispatch.
Western Australia can occasionally fall outside of these timeframes.

*Shipping delays may occur due to other unprecedented circumstances, and due to weather events.
You will receive an Australia Post tracking number shortly after you place your order, please use this to track your item(s). Please check your junk folder prior to making contact if you have not received this.

We do not accept responsibility for any shipping delays caused by Australia Post. To stay up to date on current climate due to weather events within Australia, please refer to the Australia Post website here.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost by Australia Post or for items stolen once delivered to your nominated address. Although we do not experience these situations often, if you are concerned, please select the shipping option that includes insurance where your items will be replaced in this instance.

Please ensure your postal address is correct upon placing your order as any redirection or returned parcels will then be the responsibility of the customer.

Want your item sooner?

We offer Express Shipping and Priority services from $16. Express shipping within Australia is available by selecting the "Express Shipping" option at the checkout.

Please allow 1-7 business days to receive your Express Post parcel. Express Shipping does not warrant priority dispatch; your parcel will be prioritised by Australia Post upon dispatch from our warehouse.
​
Need it in a hurry? Priority "Skip The Queue" is sent via Express Shipping and flags your order to a Priority status - therefore bumping it up to the top for faster dispatch.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping from Australia.

Please note that all customs, import fees and taxes/tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Our website automatically quotes international shipping from Australia based on the weight of your order.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost, stolen or abandoned unless you select e shipping option that includes insurance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty/Damaged:

All of our products are quality checked by our team before being shipped to you.
If you have received a product that you perceive to be damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@smoo.com.au within 7 business days of receiving the item(s).
Please provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and any relevant photos.

Please do not send order related inquiries through social media channels as they will get lost and become unattended to.

Exchange:

Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to offer exchange of product for hygiene reasons. NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED for change of mind.

Warranty:
​
Our stainless-steel cups and lids have a 12-month warranty *from original date of purchase for issues relating to the functionality of your item.
Warranty does not cover cosmetic, or general wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to chipped paint or prints.
Our printed products are not recommended for use with dishwashers and should not be sterilised using extreme heat. Please follow the care instructions carefully.

If a replacement is received within 12-months, it does not start your warranty again. Your warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
