Terms and Conditions for Kids Colouring Competition

1. Eligibility: 

• The competition is open to children aged 2 to 8 years.
   

• Participants must have parental or guardian consent to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• Participants must submit a completed colouring page provided by the organizer (SMOO.CO).

• This can be downloaded at the link above, or via our social media links on Instagram via LinkTree @smoo.com.au or in-store at Tiny Trader, Robina Town Centre.

 

• Entries must be submitted by 4pm on 31st of May 2026.
   

• Submissions can be made in-store at Tiny Trader or via social media. Upload and share your completed colouring page via posts or stories and tag @smoo.com.au and @tiny.trader

• Please note that if your account is set to private, you will need to send it via private message, or email it to us to share on our social media channels at hello@smoo.com.au using "Colouring Competition" in the subject line.

3. Judging Criteria:

• Entries will be judged based on creativity and originality.

 

• It is up to the discretion of the organizers @smoo.com.au and @tiny.trader to determine the winner(s).

4. Prizes:

• The winner of the May 2026 colouring competition will claim 1 x in-stock Smoo Mini Smoothie Cup
   

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
   

• The Winners will have 7 days to claim their prize and provide the organizers with shipping details to receive their prize, or the prize can be arranged to collect in-store at Tiny Trader. After this time, the prize will be considered unclaimed.

5. Announcement of Winners:

• Winner(s) will be announced during the first week of June 2026.

 

• Participants will be notified via social media directly to the account in which they have submitted their entry, or via the email supplied on their colouring page. Participants will be notified by the organizer's official social media accounts only. We will not send you any links to claim your prize or use any other social media accounts other than @smoo.com.au and @tiny.trader

6. Rights to Artwork:

• By entering the competition, participants grant the organizers the right to use submitted artwork for promotional purposes in-store and online across both @smoo.com.au and @tiny.trader social platforms.

 

• All artwork remains the property of the participant.

7. Disqualification:

• Entries that do not adhere to the rules or are submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

 

• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or offensive.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries.

 

• Participation in the competition is at the participant's own risk.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

• By entering the competition, participants and their guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
