
Strawberry Porridge Smoothie
Beat the rush of a school morning and try this brekky on-the-go smoothie recipe that is both delicious, and satisfying before school.
- 1.5 cups of rolled oats
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp of honey
- 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
- 2 cups of milk (of choice)
Blend together in a high speed blender until smooth.

Not-so-scary Green Smoothie
A super simple way to add some extra greens into your little ones diet, without the fuss!
- Handful of frozen banana
- Handful of fresh or frozen pineapple
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1/2 flesh of an avocado
- Approx 2 cups of coconut water
Blend together in a high speed blender until smooth.

Acai Berry Smoothie
Enjoy this one as a smoothie or even better, turn it into "purple nice cream".
- Handful of frozen banana
- 1 x creative gourmet Acai berry puree
- Handful of blueberries (optional)
- Approx. 2 cups of your choice of milk, coconut water or filtered water.
Blend together in a high speed blender until smooth.
* For "nice cream"
Add small amounts of liquid at a time and pulse, adding extra if needed until you reach desired consistency.
